Farmland Fully Cooked Pork Loin Roast and Original Hickory Ham

Signature Farmland Cuban Sandwich's

2 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp orange zest

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp dried thyme leaves

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp paprika

2 lbs Sliced Farmland Fully Cooked Pork Loin Roast

2 lbs Sliced Farmland Original Hickory Ham

2 lbs Sliced Swiss cheese

Sliced sweet pickles

Sliced dill pickles

Flavored mustard of your choice

2 Signature Breads Cuban bread

1. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, orange zest, mustard, thyme, garlic, salt and paprika; mix well.  Toss seasoning mixture with pork loin slices and warm in 1 tablespoon olive oil until heated through.

2.  Slice Cuban bread in half and mustard both sides.  Layer with both warmed sliced meats, cheese and pickles.  Cut and serve.  Another option is to press sandwich with a panini press.
